Complimentary parking is available throughout the event area. Follow the signage and event staff on arrival.

Complimentary golf carts run continuously between the parking areas and the event entrance.

The event will be held at the California Farmworker Foundation Family Resource Center in Delano, California — 1942 Randolph Street, Delano, CA.

What is included with my ticket?

Your reservation includes the full Hand to Harvest experience: cocktail reception, dinner, access to all fundraising moments — including the live and silent auctions — and an evening celebrating California’s farmworker community.

Do I need a credit card on file?

Yes. To ensure a smooth and effortless experience, all guests are asked to have a credit card on file before or upon arrival. This allows you to fully enjoy the evening and participate in the auction and other giving opportunities with ease.

Please note that purchases made by credit card are subject to a processing fee. Guests making larger purchases may choose to pay by check to avoid this fee.

How does the auction work?

Every guest can bid. The live auction runs from approximately 7:15 to 8:00 p.m., following dinner and the program. You can preview this year’s items ahead of the night.

Is my ticket tax-deductible?

Tickets are not tax-deductible, but many of the evening’s giving opportunities are. Contributions made during the event, including Fund-a-Need donations and the portion of any auction purchase above fair market value, may be tax-deductible. A receipt outlining eligible amounts will be provided.

Is parking available?

Yes. Parking is available throughout the event area. Complimentary golf cart transportation will be available to shuttle guests from the parking areas to the event entrance. Shuttle service will also be provided from hotels within our reserved room block.

Is there a shuttle from the hotels?

Yes — complimentary shuttle service runs between the venue and both hotels in our reserved room block. Departure times are confirmed closer to the event and shared with booked guests by email.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail or business casual attire is recommended.

Will there be assigned seating?

Yes. Tables and seating assignments will be arranged in advance. If you have seating requests, please let us know when purchasing your tickets or contact our event team.

Are dietary restrictions accommodated?

Yes. Please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate dietary needs.

Absolutely! We welcome donations of auction items, experiences, and gift certificates to help support the California Farmworker Foundation’s mission.
